Just a peek at POL's changes of Kanto at half-scale (That is, FRLG scale.) Lots of other surprises await. : )

(By the way, PLEASE abstain yourself from stealing the tiles.)

The doorway on the house next to the mart is almost as big as the entire mart. It really looks terrible on the map. Also you may want to update the maps to their new designs. They are much different than they once were.

Eh, it's not on the wiki, so it didn't make much of a difference.

Why did you merge gen 3 and gen 4 tiles? it looks really wonkey.

:iconautumnspire:
Uh, Gen 4 doesn't use tiles-- all non-FRLG work in the map is custom.

:iconuberloser:
Yea, but it's in Gen 4 style. It looks really weird because a few of the buildings look more updated and are proportionality bigger.

Well, that happens in real life too. Newer buildings have different styles, and look odd next to 100 year old buildings.

You have to deal with what you have though.

That analogy doesn't apply to something like this. The tiles are in 2 completely different styles. It's like 2 different artist created them. (which is true) It would be like if there was a realistic looking building in real life next to a cartoon drawn on real life. Logically and aesthetically, it lacks sense. I think this artist needs to use one style of tiles in each map, rather then mixing and matching them to make a patch-work piece.
